Encrypted Storage

All personal data — including name, contact details and documents submitted at account verification — is stored using AES-256 encryption. Data at rest is isolated on access-controlled servers that only authorised personnel can reach.

Cookie Transparency

We use first-party session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. A cookie banner appears on your first visit so you can accept, reject or customise non-essential cookie categories before any tracking begins.

Payment Data Handling

When you transact via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we pass only the minimum necessary data to complete the transfer. We never store your full UPI VPA or Paytm wallet PIN on our servers; those credentials stay within the respective payment processor's environment.

Account Security Controls

Two-step verification is available for all accounts. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an email alert. Suspicious session activity is automatically flagged and the account access is paused until you confirm identity through the registered contact.

Data Retention Policy

We keep your account data for the duration your account is active and for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations thereafter. Once the retention window closes, data is purged from live systems and removed from backups on the next scheduled cycle.

Your Right to Request Changes

You may request a full export of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or submit a deletion request at any time by contacting our privacy team. We aim to complete verified requests within ten working days and will confirm in writing when done.

We collect your name, email address, date of birth, phone number and any identity documents you submit during verification. We also record your IP address, device type and login timestamps to keep your account secure from unauthorised access.
